4. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (Cloudflare Pages) and delivered via the Cloudflare network. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data, in particular:

  • IP address,
  • date and time of access,
  • page requested and amount of data transferred,
  • referrer URL,
  • browser and operating system.

This processing serves to deliver the website, to defend against attacks and to ensure stability. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have concluded a data processing agreement with Cloudflare. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

5. Domain and email

Our domain and our email mailboxes are provided by TrafficPlex GmbH (lima-city), Konsul-Smidt-Str. 90, 28217 Bremen, Germany. When you email us or we reply to you, the content is processed on their servers in Germany. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

6. Contact form

When you send us an enquiry via the form, we process the data you provide: first and last name, company, email address, optionally your phone number, as well as your details on the position, field, number of specialists, employment and work model and your message.

We use this data solely to handle your enquiry and to get in touch with you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries).

Mandatory details are first and last name, company and email address, and for a search request also the position as well as the employment and work model. We need these details to process your enquiry.

To transmit and manage enquiries we use HubSpot, a service of HubSpot, Inc., 25 First Street, 2nd Floor, Cambridge, MA 02141, USA. HubSpot processes the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement and is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. No cookies are set during transmission.

7. Contact by email, phone and WhatsApp

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

If you message us via WhatsApp, the communication is handled by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. Data may also be transferred to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA. Meta is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Using WhatsApp is voluntary. You can always reach us by email or phone as well.

9. Google Analytics

If you have consented to the "Statistics" category, we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For users in the European Economic Area, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, is responsible.

Google Analytics collects information about how our website is used, such as pages visited, time spent, approximate location, device and browser. For this purpose, cookies (for example "_ga") with a lifetime of up to 24 months are set. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

We use Google Consent Mode. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. More information: policies.google.com/privacy.

10. LinkedIn Insight Tag

If you have consented to the "Marketing" category, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. It allows us to measure the impact of our LinkedIn ads and to receive anonymised reports.

Cookies are set and information such as URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser characteristics and timestamps is processed. According to LinkedIn, direct identifiers are pseudonymised within seven days and the data is deleted after 180 days. Transfers to LinkedIn Corporation in the USA are possible. LinkedIn is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

11. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are embedded locally and loaded directly from our server. No connection to third-party servers, such as Google's, is established.

13. Processing in the USA

HireVoom LLC is based in the USA. Your data is therefore also processed in the USA. In doing so, we apply the requirements of the GDPR. The service providers we use that are based in the USA are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for which the European Commission has determined an adequate level of data protection.

14. Retention

We only store personal data for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose. We delete data from enquiries once the enquiry has been fully handled and no further business relationship arises. Where statutory retention obligations apply, we store the data until they expire.

15. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

  • access the data we hold about you (Art. 15 GDPR),
  • rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
  • erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
  • restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
  • data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
  • withdraw consent with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).

Right to object

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence or place of work (Art. 77 GDPR).

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the lock icon and "https://" in your browser's address bar.

17. Changes

We update this privacy policy whenever our website or the services we use change. The version published here applies.
